Having completed, to programme and on budget, external redecorations for this client in 2008 which consisted of full scaffolding, roof, carpentry and brick repairs and external redecorations, Woodgrove was selected for the internal refurbishment works.

Common part staircases and landings were refurbished to the high standards befitting of this type of property which can command in the region of £1300 per week in rental yield. Works included light fittings and emergency lighting renewal, French polishing, redecorations and new carpet.

A strict deadline was met and the works completed in December 2010.
