Case Study: Bedford Court Mansions

Following the successful refurbishment of the communal staircase in one block, we were appointed to undertake further work.

This included refurbishing the communal staircase in another block, installing new power and water distribution to all flats, removing a roadway, installing a new entranceway using structural steel laid with York stone paving slabs and constructing a new porter’s lodge. The works involved close liaison with the appointed architect and their team to achieve the required exacting finish.
