We replaced the main roof, consisting of approximately 18,000 slates, without the use of a temporary scaffold roof to save our client cost and time.

Works were completed to a tight 16 week programme and we maintained a leak free environment for residents during the removal of the original roof covering.

The roof was replaced using a natural Spanish slate, a new asphalt roof was also installed and associated lead works completed. The insulation was upgraded to comply with current building regulations.
